1. How can you help me when others cannot?

Since I use Zak acupuncture techniques, I can solve problems that are more difficult to resolve with general acupuncture. Zak acupuncture is very safely, therefore we can usually solve the problem without making things worse.I can resolve problems related to disc, bone or scar tissue. Even though some patients have had prior spinal surgeries and are considered "spinal surgery failures (FBSS)".

2. I have "scar tissue" causing pain; can I be helped.

Yes, I actually attempt to reduce inflammation in scar tissue via my Zak acupuncture. I have been able to resolve nerve entrapment pain due to scarring from infection, prior surgery, etc. Once scar tissue's inflammation is reduced, the pain will generally dissipate.

3. It sounds too good to be true; can I really get the results you claim?

I'm not miracle practitioner, but by using modern TCM science and new techniques I can perform procedures that some would call a "miracle". Considering that most of my patients have had chronic history and we still get good to excellent results Especially since many of my patients have been "written off" as "not treatable" and thus told to live with their pain.

4. What are your results?

Obviously it depends on your problem, Thus, most of my patients get what they term as "good to excellent" relief for chronic pain. This compares to general acupuncture where most get different results.

5. Why is Zak acupuncture?

According to the theory about soft tissue diseases."The pressure pain point was selected as needled point", deeply needling with many needles to reach the bone and tendon at surroundings of the joint of lesion was adopted and the mechanism of zak acupuncture therapy in treatment of soft tissue diseases was investigated. RESULTS: This therapy had functions of dredging channels, activating blood circulation and alleviating pain, relaxing muscles and tendons, and promoting activity of joints, which were stronger and lasted longer timeas compared with general simple acupuncture. Particularly, it had obvious analgesic effect on pain syndromes induced by chronic refractory soft tissue diseases. It is indicated that the mechanism is mainly eliminating aseptic inflammation, increasing local blood supply, relaxing muscular spasm, so as to stop pain caused by inflammation, ischemia and spasm. The way I diagnose, manage and treat people is unique. I never rush you and in fact there are times that I may spend hours trying to correctly diagnose your problems. The patients who come to me are often complicated and I realize that each patient needs special treatment.

6. Why don't more acupuncturist know this kind of acupuncture.

Many practitioner would have trouble learning how to perform these procedures without medical background .Secondly, Many practitioner get fixed in how they treat patients. It is easier for them to treat patients with techniques that they learned in residency training.

7. I have scoliosis; can I be helped?

Probably, I have had great success with scoliosis through my Zak acupuncture, I cannot straighten the spine, but I can relieve the pain associated with the inflammation in curvature area.

8. What are my limitations after Zak acupuncture?

Generally, I don't want you to perform too much excessive bending or heavy lifting for about three to six weeks after first time treatment. We encourage a gradual return to normal activities as soon as possible.

9. What are the disadvantages of your procedures?

Obviously my website stresses the advantages of Zak acupuncture, but what about the disadvantages. There is really only one disadvantage, that's for some needles sensitive patients,some acupoint needling maybe make you feeling painful. Nonetheless, it is important to remember that you will get rid of this trouble in future.

10. I have had prior surgery, can you help me?

Yes, In fact ,some patients have had prior surgery. my success rates with prior surgery is high. many techniques want to use pumps and stimulators to mask the pain, I want to solve the pain.

11. Can you exactly cure everyone?

Of course not. I'm only human and I try to be very honest and upfront about what I can and cannot do. I will not give you false information or hope. People come to me because they have heard of me.I will not push you into treatment if I do not believe I can help you.
