Patient is a 53 year old male and has had back pain off and on all his working life. he was never really treated for his back problems . When he was in his 20s he would get a burning sensation in the area just below his sholder blade just left of the spine when working bending and straining. he no longer have the burning feeling there, but now its just a numb area that never goes away.
