Migraine like headaches lasting up to weeks (untreatable with meds/disabling), vision problems (including hallucinating), joint pain, numbness, tingling, fatigue, to name a few.patient have a new symptom now that started in early May. Midway down his back, and just to right of my spine, patient have had a constant pain. It's almost directly on my spine, but he can feel it just to the right.
It's non mechanical. It burns ands stings and hurts like crazy. Nothing makes it worse and nothing makes it better. his doctor has already wrote me off as depressed, so when patient went to see him he told patient ;patient was perfectly healthy and to take ibuprofen. patient had already tried this, but tried it again 3 times a day for 2 weeks as he suggested but it didn't do anything.
Zak said:It sounds like what you're describing is soft tissue injuries in the neck, which can become worse over time and lead to occipital nerves pain (your headache). Given the severity of your pain and the functional limitations it's now placing on you, it probably is time to consult with a medical acupuncturist.I would agree that intensive acupuncture can be helpful.
