Research suggest that trigger point acupuncture therapy may be more effective on chronic neck pain in aged patients than the standard acupuncture therapy(1)

I have to say general acupuncture is not very effective for pain relief,that's why I practice Zak acupuncture(deep and intensive acupuncture)with much better results.
