XX,39 years old,has been lower abdominal pain for many years,but it isn't severe. Most recently, The pain is getting worse with groin pain,testicle pain and genital pain ,Difficult urination.He used to have good sexual function,however,now he has been experienced Erectile dysfunction and haven't normal sexual life for a while. Suddenly felt pain at abdomen last week, hospital diagnosis was " Kidney stone",but didn't find a positive results in X-ray. He came to my clinic.
Examination: Straight leg raising test: left 85 right 85,no pain ,Found highly sensitive points of tenderness, which located in thigh root area ( upper branch and lower branch of pubic bone)
The test of hip flexor,knee and split leg lead to painful thigh root.
Diagnosis: Soft tissue injuries on thigh root ( It can lead to lower abdominal pain; groin pain,testicle pain,genital pain and ED (Erectile dysfunction )
