There are many acupuncturist who claim he/she can treat hypothyroidism naturally. Really?
It said that acupuncture can be beneficial to those who have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism. The acupuncture is most useful if treatment begins very soon after a diagnosis has been made. Having acupuncture treatments will help to decrease the symptoms that are related to the disorder and will allow the patient to feel less stressed and upset over the condition.Acupuncture seeks to release energy in the body that is blocked. It also seeks to correct the imbalance of hormones. When it comes to hypothyroidism, the acupuncturist will need to concentrate on the kidney area in order to bring about a reduction in the symptoms.
Can you "cure" hypothyroidism with acupuncture?
Perhaps NOT. As I knew,There are no quality research about this in China.
Many patients, chiefly those who originated with a marginal or mild trouble case of hypothyroidism, they were able to ease symptoms and get them back into a normal, Generally, most of acupuncturist have reported 1-2year timelines for those patients they successfully treated. But hypothyroid patients nearly always acquired to take "traditional" drug therapy. The acupuncturist then step by step ablactate patients off the traditional drugs, as thyroid balance was reestablished .It's not a foregone conclusion. it almost always takes quite a long time to see answers, and most patients find it hard,
So, does this mean there's no promise? If you have a mild or marginal hypothyroidism ,you want to investigate going for acupuncture treatment of your condition, send email to me.

Ever since switching meds from Armour thyroid to levothyroxine, i have been experiencing extreme joing and general pain, especially in 3 fingers of my left hand, pain in my right wrist, knee pain to where its stiff and hard to get up or walk, some pain in two if my left toes and one of my right tow. Went to a Rheumatologist, and they found nothing. Seeing my doc today to draw blood for thyroid levels. I am wondering if the levothyroxine isn't enough or just not good for me. When the doc put my meds down from 300mcg to 200 mcg, within days i started feeling sluggish and more worse, but he argued with me that my levels are correct. I believe just because someone levels are right, it still might not be the right dose for that person. Everyone is different. I am just at my wits ends because I feel like I am not getting adequate care about the pain. Sometimes I feel like ending it all because it seems as if no one gives a damn. I am just so tired physically and emotionally. Is anyone experiencing this sort of pain being on these meds? Or am I just crazy and just a bitchy patient?
